Rebecca Leshinsky has been a member of the Victorian bar since 1999 and practices in the areas of property law, town planning & environment law, bodies corporate law, apartment law and alternative dispute resolution.

Rebecca holds a Master of Laws degree and is the author of the loose-leaf legal service The ABC of Victorian Bodies Corporate (Hybrid Publishers) and is involved (with Rowan Ingpen) in updating the loose-leaf service Subdivisions with the Lot (Hybrid Publishers) by Simon Libbis.

As an advocate, Rebecca appears regularly in all Courts and Tribunals. In possession of excellent communication and negotiation skills, Rebecca regularly represents parties in property related mediation and negotiation processes. Rebecca is also available to act as a mediator.
